This display at a Carl's Junior drive-through shows something all fast-food consumers have come to take for granted: ordering by number. Instead of doing the complicated calculations necessary to assemble a meal, the fast food chains have made it as easy as saying "I'll have a number two." Who invented this concept? We may never know, but he or she is certainly number one in my book.
