| After the success of the March Madness screensaver, Nike wanted another one to coincide with its sponsorship of the San Francisco Bay-to-Breakers race. The Bay-to-Breakers is a crazy event, with people dressing up in all sorts of strange costumes. Nike's team was a real-life human centipede, which was seen wandering around town prior to the run, occasionally swapping shoes with pedestrians not wearing Nikes. |

| In screensaver mode, a cute 3D-rendered centipede wanders over pictures of the real-life human centipede. If the user hits the arrow keys, though, it goes into game mode. The player must avoid famous San Francisco landmarks and his own ever-lengthening body as he picks up teammates scattered around the board. |
| On his journey, the player will encounter several famous landmarks: Coit Tower, the Painted Ladies (Victorian houses), Transamerica Pyramid, City Hall, and of course the Golden Gate Bridge. |
